Launch order (do this, then stop)
- One flex fascia at the packing hub — name, “Delivered,” WhatsApp.
- One A-board for the pavement at peak hours — bring it in at night.
- Cutoff board on the packing wall — 11:00 same-day rule visible.
- Counter card on the table facing anyone who walks in.
- Add door vinyl and bike panel when you have a fixed door or a regular rider box.
Shop brief: Export each HTML as PDF (Print → Save as PDF). Ask for
outdoor inks, matte or gloss laminate on boards, and eyelet spacing every 30–40 cm on flex.
